3. withdrawal issue

   Just want to ask everyone here, if any of you encounter withdrawal issue?. one of my new recruit agent withdrawn 5k chips to her player last august 2 2023 , and it was successful the problem is that that 5k chips didn't go on her agent account wallet it just disappeared in a short way ., can any body tell me what to cause its almost 1week since we endorse out report to all the csr that we encounter but there not helpful. .. we fully check the account of the agent but records of the 5k withdraw chips. soo where is the 5k chips go?.

4. Hacks?

   I was playing Baccarat last night thru my mobile phone, I was in the bus going home then suddenly my phone switched off. I have a screenshot of the game Baccarat before it switched off. When I arrived home I charged immediately and opened my account found out all money was lost already. Upon checking history I place bets in poker amounting 9,999.90, 9999.90 and 8,000.40 . The support only said you play poker. How come I play poker I didn't sign in in that game. I was playing Baccarat how it happens from Baccarat to poker in just 3minutes without sign in in that game? Impossible! Someone behind dis to stole players money.

15. Tundra Vs. Betboom

    The game was unfairly judged as it is said that betboom was forfeited for that match since one of their players was caught for stream sniping in which converting the win to Tundra. I keep on explaining this to the customer support but they keep on telling that the bets were settled correctly and nothing we can do about it. Does this mean that 747 supports match fixing and doesn't compensate for unfairly settlement of the bets?

It is very clear that the game must be resulted in forfeit match or canceled match.
