Naku hanggang ngayon hindi pa nababalik ang nawala kong balance habang naglalaro ng chinese new year sa fachai, last friday. 3 days na wala ni message. Sabj sa csr ng mga agent na nakausap kp mag memessage daw. Take note po may isang agent dun sa csr na bastos makipagchat, HENRY po ang pangalan. 2x na po ako nawalan ng balance yung una hindi din bumalik. Last year po 1,500, nung friday 600 plus. Please sino po bang pwede makatulong?
