Its been roughly a week and I still havent received my deposited 500 Php. I sent it through Gcash on August 23,2024 roughly at 2am. I waited so long because i thought 747 would return my money through Gcash but didnt expect that it would never happen. I cant click the "Have you not received your top-up yet" button because apparently if you click the "Open Gcash App" the link will disappear. Man its kinda hard to contact anyone in the website when theres no customer support and theres noone that can help you unless you go to fb or something. If there is any admin who would respond ill reply the reference number just to be safe with some sensitive information. Thank you
