For the first hand round number 1470269 I won the bonus bet but not the ante bet, I have 2 pairs in the flop river and turn card are useless and then the dealer is disqualified but I didn't want the ante. I just won the bonus bet. For the other hand round number 1470275 I have the highest pair in the flop so I called and then in the turn I got 2 pairs, river card the dealer got her pair of A's and then my bet wasn't accepted and I lost the round. Please make sure to handle this with professionalism. Thank you.

Good day! I had payout issue Ma'am/Sir, missing amount. I played in Crazy Time, 5 php with 5x multiplier then in bonus round with 200x multiplier, they only paid out me 1,005 php. Where's my 5x multiplier in my bet of 5 php? They not included it in calculation. Only 5 php bet they paid me😥Please help🙏Badly needed the money😭Thank you

Hi i would like to complain about your poker app..I played in the spin and go section and your app ate my money in the registration of 28 and 172 philippine peso just right now..I registered but never played the game but the app dedected the amount of the two selections.Please do something for this as i am a regular player of 747.Spending and losing miney on the game does not matter as long as i got to play the game and enjoyed but my point right now is that i got cheated by the app without having my money returned in my account.I would wait for your immediate response tegarding this matter.
