Fa chai, chinese new year... I lost all my balance while playing , it reconnects and suddenlyy balance is disappearing. This the 2nd time happened to me. And i never have it back. Agents and customerr service is not helpful.

How can i have it back? I already chat the customer service 3x, but they have the same answers they dont know the answer about my case.
