one of my new recruit agent withdrawn 5k chips to her player last august 2 2023 , and it was successful the problem is that that 5k chips didn't go on her agent account wallet it just disappeared in a short way ., can any body tell me what to cause its almost 1week since we endorse out report to all the csr that we encounter but there not helpful. ..
we fully check the account of the agent but records of the 5k withdraw chips.
soo where is the 5k chips go?.
