Tundra vs Betboom

It is very unfair to those players who put their money on this match Tundra vs Betboom that resulted into a ''VOID'' due to cheating and stream sniping. It is very clear that the game must be resulted in forfeit match or canceled match. The one who suffered here is the person who put bet on TUNDRA the victim of cheating that resulted on voiding the match.. 

Why is that our bet is still a LOST?

@Drew L I already contact the support. They just said that the result is 0:2 in favor on Betboom, it seems they dont know the result of that match so they didnt hear my concern properly.

Mr. @Drew L I have the same issue with this as the customer support keeps on insisting that the results are final as the game was forfeited
