First of all, let's see how the commission works. Most of the agents have a commission calculated on the loss of their players. For example There is Agent John who has got 1 player. John's commission is 30% It means that John will get 30% of what his player lost during the period. The player BETS 1000, he WINS 300, his LOSS is = 1000 - 300 = 700. The commission is calculated as 700 * 30% = 210. Explanation: The money that the player lost is called GGR: Gross Game Revenue. This is very important and you will hear this word often because your commission is calculated on the GGR. Ok, but why is my commission changing? Your commission is changing because your GGR is changing while players play. Let's make another example: today is your first day of work and you just got one new player. DAY 1. Player 1: Bet: 1000 # Wins: 300 # GGR: 700. Commission = 700 * 30% = 210. at the end of Day 1 you will see that your pending commission is 210. DAY 2. Player 1: Bet: 100 # Wins: 1000 # GGR: -900. Commission = -900 * 30% = -270. at the end of Day 2 you will see that your pending commission -60. Why? Because the commission you had on Day 1 was eaten up on Day 2, because the player won and therefore your commission was reduced. Although this may seem strange, it is very fair, in fact the Player has a Total Bet of 1100 and Total Win of 1300. The player has won more than he bet! This means that 747 paid to the player already and paying to the agent would be an additional loss.
