Usually I will ignore the minimum number of players and give it to everybody who has negative commission. however, because this is a test and because there can be unexpected cases, I have added some rules.

I gave bonuses to those who have low (small and negative) commission. the only requirement is the number of players. but i will try to extend the new bonus to those with little earnings. just let's see how the testing period goes.

I am giving bonuses every month to the agents and all the promos directed to the players are fully sponsored by 747. Agents are taking commission on money that the player took as a bonus, so when we do a promo for the player, ultimately it gives a big benefit to the agents too. For example, in February we paid 60m pesos from our pockets. Agents took 30% of this amount even though it was fully paid by 747. This doesn't happen in other casinos at all!
