goldmolave2022 Posted November 2, 2023 Share Posted November 2, 2023 Hi, I'm an agent in 747live for almost 2 years, it's my first time that I encountered this issue, I already interview by a KYC Staff or something, and I already submit the required requirements, and still my commission is on hold for 2 consecutive cut off. May I ask if your account is already verified by the KYC? If not, please complete all the necessary requirements. You can also ask your top agent to assist you on how to fill up the KYC form.
