    Hi, I'm an agent in 747live for almost 2 years, it's my first time that I encountered this issue, I already interview by a KYC Staff or something, and I already submit the required requirements, and still my commission is on hold for 2 consecutive cut off. Can somebody please help me? It's been almost 3 months and my KYC is still pending. Thanks!
