KYC team drop call

It’s been a month since I registered and earned commission but it was on hold and now I received a video call. The KYC team dropped the call because she saw I was talking to someone when in fact I was with my daughter because I am wFH & nursing her. I also don’t know how to share screen using messenger call that’s why the camera is closing.  They are not considerate and very unfair to new agents like me. 


I need to get my commission because I badly need it.
