    I'm having issues with my former CM. He is now kicked out from the 747 Support team because our team chips he is taking chips from our accounts without permission and we can't do anything about it.

    Now, I am trying to apply as a CM to any existing team and no one is accepting my team because of what my previous CM did to our team.

    I really want to grow my career here, I want my loyal agents to have better roles as they can really do manage themselves.

    I am my own funds, I have my own loader, my agents are self funded.

    I really want to talk to someone who can help me.

    MY CM is NO LONGER WITH 747

    My CM is no longer with  747, my team mates are lost without a leader.

    They are asking my help to process their transactions but its out of my coverage.

    I have my own team, with stable deposits and ggr. 

    If given a chance, I would like to apply as a CM. Here is my team's GGR last month.

    Hiring new CMs

    Hi Boss,

    Hopefully you won't look too much regarding the technical requirements, I still believe its the 747core values what matter most in applying as a CM. 

    I really want to become a CM but lets check what I currently have on the requirement list.

     

    1. Must understand and commit to the values of the 747 community. - ❤️ Already awarded as a Clean MA 🙂
    2. Proof of funds for 1M php. - Don't have this yet but can gather funds along time. 
    3. Provide his own loaders. - already have this. 
    4. Must prevent opposite-bettors. - Clean Network awardee 🙂
    5. Carefully create AM to deserving agents ONLY. - Check 🙂
    6. Promoted at least 3 agents to AM. - I already have potential agents for this role. 
    7. 6 months of experience as area manager. - Happy 6 months! 747 only no other casino 🙂 
    8. 2500 active players. - not yet
    9. 1 million php GGR per cutoff (15 days). - not enough GGR atm, only consistent 500k+ a month (1.5m-2m consistent deposits since January)
    10. 100,000 php minimum deposit. - easily achievable. 

      Hopefully aspiring leaders like me can get a shot on this role 🙂

    Hope you can see this Boss,

    Can you also look and review our Promotion requirements specially for MA to CM. 

    We have "shitty" competitors that are giving away those kinds of accounts to former 747 members like it's nothing, so they now have the ability to pirate our agents by offering them MA/CM roles.

    Maybe there's a way to at least lower the monthly deposit requirements and add qualifications such as "you must have an Clean MA record before you can apply as a CM"
