Manchester United, on the other hand, is looking to swiftly get over their loss to reigning champion Man City. Spurs’ coach, Antonio Conte, admitted that facing Man Utd will be a challenging feat, especially since Man Utd is just as much as a formidable team worthy of the Premier League title. Not to mention, Man Utd is also two places higher than the Spurs at the moment and just right below qualifying for the Champions League. Two good teams, both a little inconsistent, who will win? Read more to see our prediction. As of late, Man Utd took a beating from Man City with a 4-1 game in favor of Man City. Conversely, Tottenham managed to bag a win against Everton with a whopping 5-0 game, but as impressive as that was, coach Conte essentially told the team not to dwell on that win for too long and focus on the upcoming match against Man Utd. As Arsenal set the two teams back as they claimed fourth place, the upcoming game has become much more relevant if they want to take on the Champions League. With 12 games left ‘til the end of the season, time is ticking for both teams. Tottenham Hotspur are in great form and momentum. If they keep this up, they really might just qualify for Champions League. Defense will have to be Man Utd’s focus for Saturday if they’re planning to stop Tottenham Hotspur. Even when Man Utd has just suffered a loss, the team is evidently eager to put that behind them and reclaim their momentum. Playing home, we see Manchester prevailing over Tottenham to put them back in their place. They have no choice but to win this fixture if they want to get over the embarrassment of Man City’s pounding. We’ll have to wait and see this Saturday if this proves to be true, but we stand by Man Utd this time, sorry Hotspurs. Sunday, March 13, 2022. Old Trafford, Manchester.
