We are the only casino that pays out the commission in 2 hours once it’s settled (others take even 10 days). The commission calculation is a complex task and sometimes some technical thing goes wrong and the software must recalculate from scratch. I know this is very frustrating, but please believe me that we are working hard and I solve once forever. Thanks for your understanding.
