Or will Chelsea once again triumph over Tottenham and qualify for the Carabao Cup Final? 

Chelsea travels to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to take on the Tottenham Hotspurs to reach the league’s Carabao Cup Final. Chelsea has a strong foothold over Tottenham. This became clear after their last match against them. Chelsea recently won the first leg clash of the semi-finals against Tottenham at 2-0.
