Mary C
Golden State Warriors vs Cleveland Cavaliers Golden State Warriors: PG | Stephen Curry SG | Klay Thompson SF | Andrew Wiggins PF | Draymond Green C | Kevon Looney Cleveland Cavaliers: PG | Darius Garland SG | Isaac Okoro SF | Lauri Markkanen PF | Evan Mobley C | Jarrett Allen January 10, 9:30 am (GMT +8). This January 10, 2022, the Cleveland Cavaliers will be visiting the Golden State Warriors and are set to play in Chase Center. With the Warriors being on 17-3 in home games, scoring 110.2 points, and with the Cavaliers being on 11-8 in road games and ranking sixth in the Eastern Conference, both the Cavaliers and the Warriors are considered as the top defensive teams in the NBA this season. The two teams will be going toe to toe against each other for the second time, with the Warriors winning over the Cavaliers in a 104-89 last November 19, 2021. We are excited to find out who will take the victory for this match! The Golden State Warriors started the year with two wins, specifically against the Utah Jazz and the Miami Heat. They then proceeded to lose two games against the Dallas Mavericks and the New Orleans Pelicans in a 99-82 and 101-96 defeat respectively. The team currently has 9 losses and 29 wins, placing them 2nd in the Western Conference. Unexpectedly, Stephen Curry is leading the key performers of the team by scoring 26.8 PPG, 5.3 rebounds and 6.1 assists. Andrew Wiggins with his average of 22.2 PPG and 1.8 steals from the Warriors’ past 10 games is also contributing to the performance of the team as a whole. Klay Thompson is also expected to be back for this game following his injuries. With 2 wins out of 3 games since the start of the year, the Cleveland Cavaliers are performing fairly decently with their 113.1 points, 46.7 rebounds, 26.8 assists, 6.3 steals, and 4.3 BPG, all the while having 47.8% FG%. The overall 17 losses and 22 wins places the Cavaliers 6th in the Easterm Conference. As for the team’s key players, Darius Garland with his average of 19.1 points and 7.2 assists, as well as Kevin Love with his average of 19.9 points from the past 10 games will surely aid the Cavaliers in facing off against the Warriors. The Warriors might struggle a bit in this match seeing as how they have been losing their rhythm lately, and how most of their key players are injured, but we can only hope that the team will bounce back from these problems and push through stronger. With the Cavaliers’ stable attack, they will surely be scoring high for the match, but with the promising performance of the Warriors, and with Thompson possibly making his season debut, we can expect the Warriors to still be triumphant for this game. This January 10, 2022, the Golden State Warriors will be facing off against the Cleveland Cavaliers at 9:30 AM PST, at the Chase Center, San Francisco, California.
