Ngayong May 3rd, nagkaroon ng bug sa ating game provider, Triple Cherry. Dahil dito, nagkaroon ng free spins na hindi namin kontrolado. Nagrequest ang provider na ihinto ang funds na nakuha sa bug na ito.

Sa mga pagkakataong merong bugs o IT erros, may karapatan ang platform na i-void ang ano mang winning. Ang rule na ito ay naka-apply sa buong mundo at sa lahat ng jurisdictions nito, kasama na ang Curacao kung saan naka-regulate ang 747.

On May 3rd, our game provider, Triple Cherry, had a bug which gave uncontrolled free spins. The provider requested us to freeze the funds generated through the bug.

It was possible to get free spins without even depositing.

I used a softer approach that was recommended by the provider. I have decided to allow those players who deposited at least once or played in other games.

Those players who played other games and did opposite betting were permanently blocked.

All players registered since May 1st who have taken the free spins by Triple Cherry have been blocked as a precautionary measure, but can request to get the account and the funds only if:

1. the account had at least 1 deposit of any amount
2. the player had played other games apart from Triple Cherry's (no crossbetting)

In all other cases, the account will remain blocked and you can create a new player account.

If you had initiated a withdrawal, the withdrawal might have been recalled and our partner is not responsible for the amount, if you believe that your activity was regular (see points 1 and 2), you can request the customer support to see your account.

In case of bugs or IT errors, the platform has the right to void any winning, this rule applies worldwide and it is complaint with all the jurisdictions all over the world, including Curacao where 747 is regulated.

However, as I said, I always stand with the players and in case you met the criteria above, I will release your funds.
