Thank you for waiting sir. Here's what I found in the system and We are sorry to inform you that the reason why your money is returned is the score is incorrect. Maybe due to technical error, that's why its not showing the real score.

But i bet for draw and i show you the real score.. thats not my problem sir .. is it clear that i bet for draw and show you the result is overtime... How it is incorrect i show you the box score already

I understand sir and clearly it's not your fault. Apologies for the inconvenience. The correct score is 12:24, it can also be seen in the bet info, please see "Match Result" column. 3rd Quarter score.

I bet for match result regular time sir ..it is clear that i won thats not my problem that's your system problem sir just like the last time3rd and 4th quarter is mixed i lost you get my bet but if i win you will returned it...

I understand sir. The market you placed your bet is match winner, but as per the info and the result the score of the 3rd quarter is different that is the reason why the bet is returned.

But still i placed for match result draw ... Sports is sports you cannot manipulate the score sir...then why last time i lost the 3rd and 4th game is mixed then you didnot return my bet..
