Can you please improve the overall process of your live support?

I have contacted support a few times, and the experience and assistance was so bad. Sometimes, after the support said "How may i help you?" they no longer reply and the player was just wasting time waiting on the line. Sometimes, after the concern was raised, they also no longer reply and leaving the player on the line without any response or confirmation. Also can you please include Ticket ID or some Reference ID regarding the concerns so that it can be easy to track and follow up whenever the issue/concern of the player does not resolved quickly. It sucks that i have to start over and over again to explain my concern with another agent then it just repeats.image.thumb.png.7dfd44e076eef1c8404466e206938488.png
